I was seriously thinking of changing insurance companies...however I spoke with Jess at the La Junta office and she took the time to explain everything in detail so I could make good informed decisions about my coverage. She saved me money which is always a good thing. She has restored my faith in American Family insurance and knowing she is there I will always be a customer and pass this Excellent customer service experience to my family and friends! Awesome job!

I have been with AmFam for over 30 years and have seen a lot of changes. One thing that has been constant is the local friendly at home environment in the La Junta office. Karen was such a great help to me . She conducted herself so very professionally, and truly took an interest in addressing my concerns. I have been so pleased with AMFAM over the past several years, but the last renewal rate was outrageous and unaffordable. Karen did what she could to lower my annual premium but to no avail. We have been dealing with a number of estate related matters after the passing of both parents last November. Krystal has been very helpful and responsive in helping us deal with and make adjustments to the insurance policies mom and dad had in place.
