Debbie has been fantastic helping us navigate through the Medicare system. I was so lost and didn't even know where to begin and she helped tremendously by giving us options and guiding us along the way with our decisions. Should we find ourselves in the market for homeowners insurance again, we will consider obtaining a quote from Hoak Insurance. From my latest communication, I would recommend Hoak Insurance. ORIGINAL: Would not recommend Hoak Insurance if you are in the market for needing homeowners insurance. While they had a representative out relatively quickly to take photos, they never got back to us with a quote. At least 3 attempts were made on my part to inquire, to which I was informed my information was passed onto management. My insurance agent Lorie Brown is simply the best agent I've ever worked with!!! They get me the best price and are patient with me, and take care of my needs!!! I can't imagine changing insurance companies at this point!!! It's been over 3 years now and I'm not even tempted to look elsewhere!!!
