The LONGEST waiting call on hold I have ever experienced. It seems HMSA has no one to answer calls during working hours, I have tried calling 6 different occasion! I hate this insurance! SUCKS!

The level of efficiency was something I'd like to commend - fast, precise, and yet they never made me feel rushed. But it was Joy K., the representative who assisted me, that truly made my experience outstanding. She was a beacon of positivity, shining brightly in the realm of customer service. Her articulation and clarity in explaining complicated matters was greatly appreciated, she was the embodiment of helpfulness. It's safe to say, Joy indeed brings joy to the work she does. I'll definitely recommend this center to anyone who values both speed and quality of service.
I often screen their calls because I once asked for case services to help find a new and better primary care doctor just to be told that I should continue to go to a bay clinic an hour away from me, unfortunately this is why I never go to the doctor and always end up in the hospital. The case worker just wanted an easy call, and did not want to help
Responded to my grievance by attempting to characterize me as being difficult and demanding. Anyone who lives on this island knows that unless you are difficult and demanding you get nothing. You're incompetence forces me to be demanding and then you want to complain about it.. do better. If you are a patient remember that you need not to accept subpar medical care. Advocate for yourself and your community
It’s practically impossible to speak to anyone.Call backs don’t work because they put you back on hold again for an hour before disconnecting you.It’s now been 2 days and still no one to talk to.
