Absolutely terrible experience and I ended up getting the same coverage for a fraction of the cost through ERIE. This Company is not small business friendly find another option. Representatives were not responsive to documentation needs of my clients and insisted I keep coverage on company owned vehicles not being used. Im not sure how they stay in business. Negative 10 on a scale of 1-10. I had to reach out directly to the underwriters to get what I needed. Sure it was during covid crisis but life and business goes on.

If your company is looking to hire this broker for commercial policy you better think again and ask past clients how happy they are before signing.

Gladly take your money, yet provided next to zero customer service when needed. Shockingly unprofessional! Forced to go elsewhere and wish I had years before.
