First appt. Of the day,Nicole had personal property and 2 vehicles plus an umbrella policy for a million dollars. I expected a high quote. Surprise! 400. Less than we were paying to our Ohio agency, and we didn't have the umbrella policy, plus much lower coverage numbers. Nicole was pleasant, prepared, professional, Perfect! Wonderful Wonderful

Says on their sign out front that they are a bank. First thing listed, yet they only do insurance at this location. As a whole the company is very frustrating. Closing all branches at 5 pm is just not convenient in modern society. It is not the 1950s where everyone is off in time to go. They now have automated windows to 7, but will not let you do all types of transactions at the windows.
Great Agent, always willing to go the extra mile to help. Chuck was able to save us a ton of money when we switched.
They listen, care, compassion, and very helpful with handling the repair of our vehicle.
