When I got the bill for auto/homeowners/umbrella from the insurance company I have had for many years, I was upset that the bill was so high, and noted that the value of my home listed by the company was far higher than the true value, according Zillow. I called my insurance agent, Highstreet and was connected with Betsy who was very helpful. She found a different insurance company that saved me nearly $2000. She helped me through the process of switching and getting my new auto insurance card, even sending me the new cards in plastic cases.

I've been coming to this agency particularly for their notary and vehicle services for over a year now. In the last year alone, I've visited them 3 times to transfer ownership of vehicles. They are always very helpful, QUICK and knowledgeable. Not to mention their prices are low comparatively. Ironically I've yet to solicit a quote from them for insurance but perhaps that will change. I can transfer ownership, do a title transfer, register the vehicle, get new tags and be out of there in 15-20 minutes. They are consistent and friendly and that's what I like the most.
