Highmark customer support is the WORST have been on hold for 3 hour 15 minutes!!! What a joke!! Filling out this review while I'm multitasking... Why isn't there a call back options... THEY WANT YOU TO QUIT & HANG UP. MAKE MONEY ON LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH.
Linda is an excellent representative & took so much time with me to explain the different plans and the costs associated with each of them. I feel confident about the plan I chose and it will cost less than what I expected. Because Linda took the time to be sure I understood what was available, I would reccomend BlueCross BlueShield to everyone.
Everyone here was so kind! It turns out I wasn't even in the right place and they helped me anyway and gave me the number I needed!
The people here are great and very helpful. They listen to your needs and help you find what is best for you. Highly recommend them.
