This is the second time I've gone to Jeff at High Desert Insurance for advice on my medical insurance. He thoroughly explains the insurance jargon I don't understand and went over all my options with me to get my family the best plan possible. It gives me great peace of mind to have had this guidance from an expert because I know nothing about insurance. Best of all it only took about 30 minutes and was completely FREE. I was recommended to use high desert insurance by my mother who has been a long time customer of them. I am first time home buyer and I originally got a quote from Zach for home insurance as well as car insurance. Inititally, I called and left a message 3 times without a call back. Eventually I finally got ahold of someone and they lied to me and said they had called and left messages on my phone. I have an iPhone and that absolutely didn’t happen. I can see missed calls and have voicemail. There were none. I was quoted a pretty outrageous amount from one company for home insurance with nothing else to compare it to. Even though Jeff was under absolutely no obligation to assist us he still went out of his way to do so without hesitation when he learned of our situation. Thanks to his selfless intervention on our behalf this claim which had dragged out for months and months was finally settled with a resolution that was even better than what we'd hoped for.
