Lora has been my main contact at HFC. She always, returns calls, and responds to emails in a timely and proper fashion. I am working with Lora and HFC because my last service provider found it challenging to return calls and answer questions in a prompt fashion. Lora is also very knowledgeable about the products she represents, and is always looking to help me, help myself, with better coverage at a better value. One key for me is that almost every customer service person I work with I feel the constant need to follow up with them. This has not been the case with Lora and HFC. Excellent team to work with, and would recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the good work
