My dad is in the hospital and wanted me to hand deliver his payment, come by 2 days in a row during business hours and door was locked. How do you run a business and represent for other companies and can’t be open or leave a sign as to when you will be there.

Habbina is really knowledgeable and is quick to help anytime we have any issues whether it be a question about a claim or adding an option or driver to our policy. She always makes sure we get the best price for the coverage we are looking for.

I have taken all my policies to other agents, and they have never been able to get close to the prices I pay with Germania. I would highly recommend as everyone who works there is super friendly. Filing and paying out on a claim was a breeze.
