Herring Agency The

I had decent service with them for a few years I guess. I got a letter this year a month before my Safeco home insurance policy renewed that I had to cut some branches off the house. We paid $650 to get branches cut off the house and I sent the agency pictures. It was not enough. They sent back exact places where it needed to be cut. Why weren’t those sent initially? Why was this one month notice (during hurricane season) ok? I shopped around and got better rates and more coverage. My agent didn’t offer any other companies or suggestions. She ghosted me until I cancelled our policy. Not recommended and definitely not customer service friendly.

I have been with Herring for many years. They not only are a local agency they are familiar with their clients. It is nice when a business knows who they are working with and not just a number. They have managed my home and auto and have made sure I have the best rates.
