This is an updated review as of 2/18/22. This company does not answer the phone and it is still impossible to speak to someone locally. Additionally, the insurance company that they issue policies through, Lighthouse Properties, does not give timely communications either. Last year they gave only a month's notice that they were dropping our policy due to the age of our roof, after a very busy hurricane season. While we were able to find a roofing company to help us avoid that fiasco and keep our policy then. However, this year they did a price hike of 30-something percent, did not inform us and sent the bill directly to our mortgage company for payment. Been trying to call them for over an hour they do not answer the phone and the business card they gave my grandmother has an 800 number on it that is spam and after elderly people!!!
