Herbert Snowden Insurance

I’ve been a customer of Herbert Snowden since 2007, for both my home and vehicle. The staff is excellent. In particular, agent Gordon Swan and office manager Kimberly Fletcher have provided service above and beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions throughout the years. It’s almost like having a close relative at the agency, but I’m just a regular customer. I’m so grateful to have Gordon and Kimberly looking out for my best interests, as I live in Edmonds and my home which is insured through them is 120 miles away in Ellensburg. Their latest example of 5-star service is what prompted me to write this review. I highly recommend Herbert Snowden Insurance to anyone who values personal service, experience, and excellence.

My husband and I have been with Gordon at Herbert Snowden for the last 15 years. We have both auto and home insurance. About 6 months after we bought our second home, the bank advised that we were now required to carry flood insurance on just our shop. Gordon went to work for us and got the bank to pay for the first year since this was their mistake and not a condition of our loan. He has been there for us on a number of occassions and although we rarely need to call him, he has always remembers who we are when we do. One of the best decisions we have ever made.
