Herb Atkinson - State Farm Insurance

There are two strong points about State Farm. One is the "Drive Safe and Save" feature that uses a Bluetooth-connected device that records my driving activity and allows me to save on my insurance. The other advantage is that I have been able to cheaply sign up for renter's insurance through State Farm. However, I there are two ways in which they have mishandled my recent claim. They failed to attach a pertinent piece of information to my claim. They also should have sent the check directly to the shop, but instead they sent it directly to me. These mistakes have significantly delayed the progress of my claim, which is for an accident that happened in September (fortunately my car is working well). They take care of all my insurance needs. Wonderful staff. Friendly, courteous, and always very helpful. I usually always deal with Tammy but in the event that she is out of the office the other girls are always very helpful. Great place to do business !

Herb and his team are fantastic! When we needed the best rates we could get on our car insurance, Chancy helped up figure it out and get the best coverage at a price we could afford. When we've needed to add or change something on our policy, they are quick to respond and take care of it for us. The customer service is stellar. I'm glad I have our policies with them.

I have done business with Herb for over 6 years now and he is one of the best insurance agents I have ever worked with. He handles the life insurance policies we have, homeowners, vehicles, business insurance, and insures my commercial properties. Every time I need something he and his staff are always willing to help and provide very fast efficient service. On the rare occasion I had a claim he was on top of every aspect of it which was very helpful since I don't have a lot of free time.

The best insurance I've worked with. We've had 2 not at fault accidents and they took care of everything. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you from start to finish. It's also my go to place for calendars. :)
