Our agent does not hesitate to take the time explain anything to assist in understanding our policies and premiums - she is even willing to provide pictures if necessary! It is a very personal experience when dealing with this agency. We've only had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica, but if the other agents in the office are anything like her, we can guarantee you will not regret your dealings with them! Let's face it - insurance is a must, might as well feel like your agent is on your side. Customer service is number one in our book, second is the competitive pricing! Best rates by far! our insurance rep Shanda was very rude and doesn't have good communication she has a bad temper and likes to hang up on people besides that they don't want to cover my roof that leaks now due to last storm that had hail damage and high winds came thru. we are closing our policy in June!

Henry county mutual is absolutely fantastic, our agent, Jessica, has always been prompt and knowledgeable with anything we've thrown at her! Through multiple basement floods, 10+ vehicle changes and a new roof they've always taken care of us! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
