Their subsidiary, National General, denied claims on House Insurance repeatedly, after licensed Roofing Contractor showed obvious damage of storm damage to roof and water damage to interior of house, along with damage to vinyl siding. Estimator was rude and very inconsiderate. This rating doesn't reflect actual people who's left within the past year. Also , hassled us on damage to car, after deer ran out in front of vehicle causing damage. Even the shop where we had vehicle repaired said he was sick of incompetent adjusters trying to shortcut repair on vehicle. Was trying to charge my 80 year old mother 3 times what other companies charged for same coverage on vehicles. I'd recommend people not due due business with this company due to rudeness of certain individuals working at King, NC lo
