Heidi Huddle: Allstate Insurance

I would give zero stars if that was possible. This outfit is an absolute disgrace to our community. I did not seek them or their services but was reassigned to them from Joe Clark when he retired. They never called or scheduled a meet and greet or policy review. Zero communication for months until I got an email saying my homeowner premium hadn’t been paid. I looked it up with my mortgage company and saw that it has been paid it December out of escrow for the last several years so I responded to that effect. Then today I got an email from this agent saying that they still hadn’t been paid and I was going to be canceled. I spent the next several hours on the phone with my mortgage company and allstate while this agent did nothing except blame me and or the mortgage company for not paying. A

Outstanding service from start to finish! The Allstate team was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our policy after an inspection. They made a stressful situation easy to navigate and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an insurance company. Highly recommend!

I have been had insurance through Heidi huddle agency for 6 years, my parents have many different insurances here as well! Customer service and agency knowledge is top notch! Even as prices have gone up everywhere they have walked us through the process and understanding how it all pans out… still their rates are competitive and the service is unmatched!

The office is professional Very easy to work with, the rates and coverage was very competitive with others. The App is easy to use. The agent even insured my classic cars with hagerty at no additional charges. Super happy with my switch from pemco to Allstate.
