When I moved to Mount Pleasant, I had the pleasure of working with Heather Bosse's State Farm team. I was able to email them anytime I had a question and they either emailed me back or called me back right away. They were helpful and knowledgable.

I have been disappointed with the experience I've had with State Farm. Despite years of using State Farm to cover our home and automobiles with no issues we've had two recent claims that caused significant frustration. In one case our car was totaled by an uninsured driver and State Farm was unwilling to pay the market value for the totaled vehicle. They "lawyered up" and created a scenario in which we had to choose whether to pay for additional legal fees to get the balance that the car was due or simply agree to the low-balled value. In another recent scenario in which we simply wanted to have our windshield repaired from damage from a rock on the road State Farm was unwilling to pay for the windshield built for the vehicle and instead insisted on using an after market windshield. Christina Hardy is the BEST! She has always taken care of our many needs. When I have lots of questions she is always there to assist and give me all the best options for me and my family. There have been times when I’m offered other Insurance options while buying a new car and I decline every time. I don’t even allow them to run the numbers for a policy. My answer is always “I’m not interested in another Insurance Company, I love State Farm and my Agent is Awesome.” Customer Service goes a long way as it’s my field in the retail world. Good luck getting these people to answer your question, over the phone or via email. And after they finally decided to return my call Melissa could not have been more rude. I have been with State Farm since 2005, with no claims. I would not recommend this office nor State Farm to anyone. Even State Farm twitter couldn’t help!
