HealthSource RI

Do NOT give these people your phone number!!!!! These people have called be over 70 times in less than a week (trust me I counted my caller ID). There is no use in telling them not to call cause they will hang up on you or say "okay" and then call you some more. Several times a day. Everyday. I have no clue what this companies problem is.

There could not be a more incompetent health insurance organization. They had me pay 3 times to get coverage for December and every time I paid they applied it to the wrong month by accident. I have had credits upon credits for months coming up because of this. I have spent literal days on the phone with health source RI staff while they scrambled to right their own wrongs. I now received a huge bill that my insurance was not active, despite having screenshots of active insurance with payment and once again healthsource is trying to fix the mistake they made of yet again applying my payment to the wrong month. Thank god I have everything in writing and emails, the only advice I could give to anyone working with them to manage their insurance because without logs and emails in writing of th

I continue to be put on hold over and over for hours. Somehow my information is connected to multiple accounts and the website will not allow me to sign it without calling. For multiple days I continue to waste my time just to be randomly hung up on after hours of waiting.

Healthsource RI seems to employ people who don't actually want to work on correcting repetitive ongoing problems that hinder people from getting health insurance. Just about every time I'm due to renew my coverage or try to upgrade the coverage I already have, their computer says I need to provide proof of incarceration (official ACI correspondence stating that I am not in their custody) in order to process my application. I've already done this several times over the years, even leaving a copy of the actual proof with healthsource RI employees in case this problem reoccurs, but once again I am being asked to provide proof that I am not incarcerated!!! I'm sure I'm not the only person that this has happened to and I'm positive healthsource RI employees are aware of this issue, but for some

I was on hold yesterday for 3 hours. Iv been on hold for 21/2 hours today right now while posting this review. What's the point of even having people call. I get 20$ an that work. That's almost 100$ I've lost waiting in line
