HealthMarkets Insurance - Mike Stampke

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!! We moved here from out of state and thought we were in good hands. We have two kids. We found out that Mr. Stampke left off our kids from our Health Care application and so they were never properly filed through the state of Arizona's KidsCare program. He finally properly filed the paperwork a month after we initially talked to him. Our kids have spent the last 30 days without health coverage. After being denied KidsCare coverage, he told us he put our kids on our policy right away. Come to find out that they won't have coverage for another month - something Mr. Stampke failed to communicate.
