I worked with Paul and he was kind and knowledgeable. He gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision about my ACA plan and took my call after our appointment to address a question. With all the changes, it was comforting to have someone like Paul to help me navigate the system. When it is time to look into Medicare, I will seek out his expertise again.

Matt Thornton helped me get some health insurance and he did a great job. He looked over all of the plans and compared them thoroughly in all aspects. I'm so happy that I now have a great plan and I would not have that without Matt's help. The Marketplace will stick you with any plan that may not be the best for you. Thank you Health Markets.

I recently started a company and wasn't sure what to do in terms of health and dental insurance. I had always just gotten it through my employer. Paul Ownby was excellent at listening to my family's needs and providing us relevant options. He was thorough and prompt in answering all of my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase health or dental insurance.

0 out of 0 stars I dealt with russ davidson. I thought it was going awesomely. All I needed was health insurance that covered speciality medicine, and dental and vision insurance. After being assured that what I signed up for was want I was looking for, I made all my appointments. Just to find out my health insurance does not cover speciality medicine and my dental and Vision insurance is pediatric (meaning it only covers people under the age of 19, I am 30). Called russ to find out what happened and how we can fix this, and surprise surprise he wont return my calls or emails. An insurance broker sells insurance thats their job they should be able to do it better then anyone else. But thats clearly not the case with Russ Davidson. Stay away from this place, they are horrible at their job.

When I first met with Ben Clark, I was thrilled and satisfied with my experience. However, once I received all my paperwork in the mail, I realized what he had actually signed me up for. He never once lied in our meeting, but he left out a lot of information, and he had me paying $80/month for dental insurance. FOR DENTAL. Which is absolutely absurd. And the life insurance he signed my husband and I up for was 4 times the cost of the life insurance that we needed. We didn't need bells and whistles on our policies, but when we spoke in person he made it sound like it was all included in the basic policy. I was under the impression this was the best price he could get us, and it just happened to come with the extras. That was absolutely not the case. He had my husband and I paying $160/month
