I recently moved here from out of state and needed help changing my Medicare Advantage to a Colorado plan. Torrie assisted me through the process and found a plan nearly identical to my previous one (as I requested). She also explained the correct sequence in which to change/update my address with Social Security, as well as the Special Enrollment Period details. She spent a lot of time going through my new Colorado plan, ensuring I understood the coverage. In addition, Penny called me the next day to confirm I was successfully enrolled in the Colorado plan and when coverage would begin. I'm confident if I have further questions in the future, I can trust getting an accurate and prompt response. Altogether a great experience!

This organization and it’s representative, initials JS, we’re highly recommended to me by a friend of 40 years. I went to them to switch from a Medicare advantage to a Medicare supplement plan. My initial meeting was pleasant but fairly perfunctory, and I was told that I was signed up with a supplement plan, and when I received the policy would then be able to sign up for a drug plan. I could not sign up for the drug plan until the policy was used, because that would cancel my existing policy. I had deaths in the family and was out of state for November and December. When I returned home, I found that the policy had never been received by me, and that I was therefore not eligible to sign up for the drug coverage.
