Health Plans NY Group Health Insurance Experts New York

Called to try and figure out how to purchase private health insurance since my COBRA coverage is ending and the plans offered on NY.gov are terrible. I have no idea about the “system” or “association” or what any of that means with health insurance brokers. The owner was seemingly very annoyed at me trying to understand any part of the process. Told me I wasted his time because he didn’t hear multiple things I said during the conversation because he wasn’t listening at all. I asked him if he would prefer me to go somewhere else since he was being incredibly aggressive and he responded with if I didn’t like his attitude I’m more than welcome to go somewhere else. If you’re a women and want any type of help, or explanation, call someone else.
