I sincerely hope if you are you looking for an insurance company that you do not make a mistake and call these people because you will never actually speak to a human being. They never return calls and have left me on hold for hours at a time. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you need insurance. Tried again and was on hold for over an hour with no response. Just remember folks if this company is going to make providers wait for hours on end they are certain to do worse to customers. Save your money and your health and avoid this company.

Where to start? I have had HF for 5 years now. They started out great, but they have slowly gotten worse. I have asthma and I use a maintenance inhaler and a rescue inhaler. In 2024 the generic became available for the maintenance inhaler. I tried it and wound up in the hospital, my first asthma attack in decades. So I got a pre-authorization to get the medicine I was previously on, that kept everything Under control. My pre-authorization was good from January 1 to December 31 of 2025 I go to pick it up in December 2025 and I have to pay full price. So I called insurance and I am called incompetent by one of their agents because I can’t understand that a new congressional law had been passed. That is completely untrue and another agent Admitted that and I looked myself, the law is not

Totally incompetent company. Lost my labs not once, but three times. Customer service, depending on who you get tells you one think, someone else completely different. Can't get pricing in advance of cost from doctors or labs. Just a horrible experience. They do have down charging your card for the astronomical premium right on time!

Terrible service, terrible in every way, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 😡 Q I cancelled and they said the refund would be credited to my account more than 3 weeks ago, a negligible amount, and to my surprise they're only going to refund a measly $6.22. Okay, I need private security to protect me, this is exhausting, terrible in every way.
