Unresponsive and Unprofessional – Extremely Disappointed after multiple attempts to request a release, I received zero communication or acknowledgment from their team. I reached out via email and phone over several weeks, and every effort was met with complete silence. and have not been paid for policies sold. I would never recommend this FMO to anyone serious about their insurance career.

Stay away from this FMO for the sake of the freedom of your license. THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOU IF YOU REQUEST IT !! Their favorite slogan is "we are currently not granting releases" This has been a misery. There is no lie told in this review. Honestly I am only putting a star because I have to. I know several other agents who are going through this same misery as well. I really hope this review makes you second guess signing any contracts with them.

If I could give them 20 stars I would1 This is a fantastic agency for any broker trying to grow their life and health business. The support I have received is second to none. From their world class life insurance training, to the marketing opportunites for health insurance sales they have provided, they are true leaders in the industry. Additionally, on the personal side, I have never met management that cares more about the agents. They pay commissions on time and are always happy to give out bonuses. As an agent, I am very pleased. I also know that consumers are happy with the personal service they receive any time they call for help.

Terrible service. On 12/14/2020 I signed up to healthcare and dental plans through the Marketplace; as the payment link wasn't working, they took my customer service call, and after confirmation of my plans and eligibility, they took my card information for payment. The result and follow up has been a disaster, and to this day I am not active in the dental plan. I was not supposed to make any payments for the healthcare plan, but yet they managed for the provider to charge another customer's plan to my credit card; I had to call my credit card and waste my time to cancel, as they couldn't reverse the transaction. For the dental, no payment was made, and the provider is not reflecting my plan as active, therefore I can't make an appointment with my dentist. So I called repeatedly Health Fam
