I haven't had any sleep for several weeks and I'm very irritable. Not once was I irritated by Hailie and that says alot to me about her character. Excellent customer service can't get any better than that I thank her very much she really made my day. Yes, I'm still smiling

This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I cancelled my services with them, they kept sending me equipment, then when I explained that to their customer service reps who called me over and over and over again they still never handed it and sent me to collections. The people treated me like I was ignorant and never wanted to hear what I had to say. So now I will be forced to pay for a bill at the cost of their mismanagement. I wish I could give them -5 stars. It's a shame.

DO NOT USE HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS!!! At first, they seemed to be a decent company. I got my CPAP from them and tried it for a few months, but it wasn't for me. I then returned the CPAP machine and the spare parts that I had to them in April of 2023. They said that they would refund me for the unopened spare parts and would cancel any future shipments of parts for the CPAP machine. I never received a refund for those parts which is fine, but then the next couple months, I received replacement parts when it should have been cancelled. I called them and told them that I had returned the CPAP machine and cancelled all future parts orders. The person I talked to said that they would cancel it then and would send me a box and shipping label to send the latest parts that I received back to them. I

If I could give 20 stars I would Dustin was amazing very polite very easy to understand. He was very helpful and answered all questions in a respectful way!!

Posted 3 months ago. Here is an update. Nothing new has changed. Change in billing companies and they falsely charged my bank account. We cancelled this account 3 months ago. they have their machine and supplies. They feel they can still charge us for product on a closed account. thats theft. they also sent 3 claims all the same amount all the same billing code to my insurance. they were paid. they now have over 1000.00 for supplying nothing but rude service. they have been reported for fraud, and if they do not refund the money a police report is next. DONT USE THIS COMPANY Update: So this company has now sent an account with our information to a collections agency for 368.72 , for services/equipment/ supplies, not wanted, not ordered and oh yea never supplied.
