And you actually get to talk to real people when you call - not machines that ask you to press numbers. Prompt and efficient service is exactly what I’m looking for when it comes down to insurance! When I moved back to Burlington in 2008, it was natural that I contact Hazell Agency... and am I glad I did!! Since then, son Scott & grand-daughter Sarah have provided first-rate assistance with both my home and auto insurance. And it's always a pleasure to chat with them.
