Cannot tell you how quick and easy attaining new home owner insurance was with Harvest even after a lack of notification from Nationwide caused a lapse in coverage at my home! Isaiah was phenomenal and deserves a raise! He was extremely quick to understand my needs and sent a lightning fast quote. My husband and I approved it and Isaiah got us a policy fully squared away in about an hour right before closing time! Back on track with the mortgage company now thanks to this fast, professional company and specifically Isaiah! Thank you so very much!

I made dozens of phone calls to Isaiah Cooper over the last few weeks submitting information trying to have Loggerhead Insurance bind a property insurance policy. He made mistakes on my application and I was told that it didn't matter because it could be fixed later. I called 10 (TEN)times on 1-31-26 attempting to get a confirmation that he had done so because I had cancelled my former coverage starting then. I left messages with 3 guys asking for a return phone call. I was ignored. Monday, Feb. 2, I called Harvest again since Mr. Copper neglected to call me back or send a confirmation of coverage. Kevin Belden is the best. I called Harvest Ins on a whim to inquire about getting Home Ins. To my surprise I received a call back within minutes from Kevin. He was highly efficient and very courteous. He took me over the entire process answering every question with patience and knowledge. It only took 2 phone calls and I was insured. Hillary provided service that was beyond exceptional. Due to a relative’s passing, I had a complicated legal situation. Hillary spent a great deal of time teaching me about homeowners insurance in Florida (I’m from out of state) and taking me through my options. We were able to find the right policy and she even took the time to help me understand the next steps that could be taken to reduce the rate. I’m very thankful for the help in this difficult time.
