Nancy is incredibly knowledgeable and always provides the best advice on my insurance policies. She goes above and beyond to carefully review all insurance matters and assist with the filing process, which can sometimes be daunting. Her expertise, positive attitude, and kindness are truly rare qualities. I can highly recommend this agency.

Every time I’ve asked a question since being with Harrington they have always answered in a timely manner and with concise, understandable language. I sometimes feel that customer service is a forgotten art, but Nancy, in particular, has it in abundance and it is very much appreciated.

They dont like immigrants/accent... I called them up for a homeowners quote on 4/11/2019. The lady who initially took the call was very POLITE. I was told that a male agent (can't recall his name anymore) will call me back soon. In few minutes sure enough an older guy called me back. After a few sentence it was obvious to me that he is an old seasoned pro, doing this job forever. VERY EXPERIENCED!!!. He took the needed information. He did not say anything unprofessional but it was CLEAR that there is some subtle dislike towards me. I did not object on it., I did let it go....
