I’ve been a loyal client of Harrah & Associates since at least 2014, running an early childhood education program that’s been in operation since 1980. Over the years, I expected and relied on consistent support and communication from our insurance agent—especially given the sensitive nature of working with children. Unfortunately, that trust was completely broken this past year. In early 2024, our insurer conducted a risk assessment and suddenly required that we add a second means of egress to our second floor—something that had never been flagged before. Despite not having the funds for this unexpected demand, we complied by completely shutting down the second floor, sacrificing part of our program to stay insured.
