Always working with me and call me if I need to be reminded of anything. Great people at this agency. I recommend them to anybody, They have the best customer service. I have added multiple vehicles to my policy plan and they have been very patience and helpful with quotes and getting the insurance switched onto the new vehicles. At a time when customer service seems to be a lost art. Harold Ramirez has repeatedly gone the extra mile. You never know how good your insurance is until you need it. I was a customer of his for 12 years and never filed a claim. Then I had 3 different times I needed to call on my agent and insurance company. I was involved in 2 accidents and my home flooded. All within 6 months. I could never say enough positive about how he helped me. Harold wasn't there as just an agent, but a friend who genuinely did all he could to help. He earned a customer for life.
