My experience with Harlan V Johnson agency has been wonderful. Any questions I have had or items I needed help with, my representatives were prompt to respond and helpful with my requests. I have felt very comfortable reaching out for guidance and have gained education on important insurance plans to ultimately make the best decision for me and my future. Another aspect I appreciate is they are personable and caring. They genuinely want to help make the right decisions and help their customers have successful plans that work with their situations. They always remember items about their customers that make relationships closer which is greatly appreciated.

I heard about this agency through a couple co-workers which were very pleased with the service and attention they had received. Since they came so highly recommended I had to give them a shot. Initially, it seemed as though I was going to be disappointed since it took a few days and a couple of calls before that first "real" contact. However, after the initial contact was made, Keegan has been nothing less than helpful, that knows his products, is attentive, and follows through/up.
