I got injured at work and around June-July 2024, and when I finally got approved for physical therapy, my physical therapist recommended that I look into getting into a worker's conditioning program to help me recover back to the state I was in before the injury. I called and called and tried sending emails for months, and out of all those months my examiner only picked up the phone a handful of times. Sometimes the only way I could get an answer was by asking HR to message them, to whom they responded in pretty decent timing. When I finally contacted them to get the ball rolling for a worker's conditioning program, they had me go get reevaluated at an occupational medicine doctor, and since my injury basically regressed in recovery from all that time trying to get the help I need, I had t

I think after 4 months of pain and physical therapy D. Smith my adjuster may be finding the light at the end of the tunnel. I have a crushed index finger and a hip injury that are about the worst you can have being a Contractor. To me nothing can make right my losses but at least there may be a conclusion for a new start soon. I can't really imagine how stressful adjusters jobs must be. Trying to solve intricate problems and please everyone.

This experience with this joke of a company has been absolutely horrible. The lack of communication, the lies, and lack of care. I was hurt on the job, went over 3 weeks without hearing from anyone. The owner my of my company didn't hear from anyone either. Multiple calls,vm, and emails without a response. We had to basically beg them to their freaking jobs. The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable, unfair, and disrespectful. Especially, when you need approval to do things. At this point, imma ask for forgiveness instead of permission. Their seem to think that the longer the better. Drag on and on. Rule number 2 do not answer emails calls etc

I am really disappointed with this organization. I have been working through a workers compensation injury for over a year and my agent (Tina B) and her supervisor (Linda B) don't seem to care about helping me. I have not heard from my agent in over 3 months despite multiple contact attempts. Her supervisor does nothing to help besides say she will have my agent get ahold of me, which has still not happened after nearly a month after that. I have asked the supervisor (Linda B) to put me in touch with a supervisor that could help me resolve my claim and she has yet to respond. I have been very upfront about how I feel they dont care about helping me and they have done nothing to assure me otherwise. I have spoke to my providers and there is no hold up at this point outside of Harford Mutual
