Hany Joseph: Allstate Insurance

I switched to this Allstate when I got divorced 2 years ago, at first I was happy they worked with my budget and got me the car and renters insurance I needed. However, I got in one car accident a couple years ago ( before my account with Allstate) and a 2nd one in the summer unfortunately. The accidents were 2.5 months apart and my insurance renews around Nov 20th and the 1st accident would have been 3 years one week after the 20th. Allstate apparently decided to not renew my auto insurance and cancel when my insurance cycle was up however they did not think it was important to notify me of this. The only reason I found out was when I checked my bank account and noticed my Allstate auto pay was a different amount than normal, I checked the app and found out my auto insurance was cancel

Hany Joseph is very knowledgeable and he always advise me for my best, he saved me a lot of money and provided me with a great coverage. He always puts his clients first and do the best for their satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Purchased and paid in full for new home policy on 01/18/23 as quoted. Since they had bank information on file charged me another $872.00. very bad practice by Allstate. I would never purchased Insurance from Allstate in my life. Please Don't sign up for auto debit or paperless billing.
