Hank is a great family oriented guy with alot of experience in this industry. He's down to earth and makes Insurance an easy topic to be interpreted. He goes the extra mile indeed.

Been with this company since I was 18, and after 8 years with them. They canceled my policy for 2 accidents I had back in 2020 and because I used my renters insurance once when my belongings were robbed from my house In 2020 also. Isn’t that what we pay insurance for is to cover us in those situations? I love the sales pitch they give you when they up sale you on other products. I’m very dissatisfied with this company and will never recommend anyone to them. Also trying to get a hold of this agent is the worst, never answers the phone and it’s very inconvenient and the communication is not there. Also they sent me a cancellation form with the wrong agent on file. Just a mess.

Hank is awesome, professional and willing to break things down if ya need more information. He's quick to return calls and answer any questions. I highly recommend him ☺️👍👍
