Hamsher Insurance

Very disappointed in this company I have had many many years with to cover my home and auto. Ever since the father passed away customer service did also. Several calls over the years to discuss options as rates went through the roof. Every time I was told they looked at the market and could find nothing less expensive. Just retired and now on a lower income so I went to the market myself and lowered my premiums by thousands for same coverage. Should have dome this much sooner. Hope it gets better for them. They did not even ask why I was cancelling. Sad. My father in law had a very similar experience.

I have used Hamsher for many years even when I did not live in Sugarcreek. They have always been helpful and work hard to find me good rates and features I need for my insurance.
