So incredibly disappointed by the service provided by Daryl. We were never informed of our family insurance policy ending, never asked about renewal, never warned about Anthem being cancelled in our area. An entire family struck with the flu without health insurance this month, could have completely been avoided had someone just cared a little more. Thankfully Anthem themselves, although they no longer covered us, helped us find insurance for the upcoming month under someone else, but not before we had to end our child up in the ER with the flu, with no coverage. Would never recommend this company to anyone simply because of Daryl, which is a shame, because his staff is very friendly and are certainly not to blame for his shortcomings.
