Good company to contract with for vehicle insurance. Only problem I had is with there auto pay system one time I got overcharged and no money in my account to cover the double charge. And the second was my fault for not having enough money and now I got penalized for and entire year because of the auto payment process that I am no longer allowed to have because of there policies. Don’t mess up auto pay because even if it’s not your fault for a mistake you end up suffering to manual pay for ayear

Hagen & Ben have been great to me since I signed with them this past year. From the start they have been friendly and responsive while I’ve navigated owning my first car. They were able to save me over $100 a month AND get even better coverage than what I had before. I was also unfortunately in a non fault accident shortly after signing with them and they supported me with getting everything in order to repair the damages caused to my jeep. You really are in good hands with these guys!!!

I have been a customer for five years, never had to submit a claim until March of this year. The neighbors toilet got clogged and they called a company in to unclog it. While the company was trying to unclogged the problem they cracked my pipe and I had water pouring out of my ceiling. Water was cleaned up quickly, I still have a hole in my ceiling and 1/2 my carpet is gone. I have been waiting three months since the incident for the rest to be repaired. I have called, sent emails and gotten no response from anyone. Now, my home owners went up $63.00, for what, because I submitted a claim. I’m still waiting for repairs to be done. I would not recommend Allstate to anyone looking for insurance. They drag their feet, do not keep you updated or explain anything that is going on with the claim

I seldom write online reviews, but this one is worth my time. I am SOOO glad that I had Hagen review our insurance plans! My husband and I had been with another company for 35 years. Hagen thoroughly reviewed our policies, pointed out where we were inadequately insured and made suggestions for better coverage. I thought the better coverage would end up costing more, but we ended up paying far less in exchange for much more. I will never buy insurance online again. Hagen or one of his employees are always there to take care of business in person. Can't beat that!

I have been with Hagen Kiernan and Allstate for the last 4 years. I have my home and auto policy with them. Allstate is able to provide me with better coverage and an even better rate over the competition. The customer service is second to none. Hagen cares about his business and even more so about ensuring his customers are happy. I have referred several people to Hagen all of which are happy with service and competitive rates which he provides. I will continue to stay with Hagen and Allstate because he has proven himself and provided me with such excellent service.
