Opening a brick and mortar public facing business and needed an insurance policy. Stopped in to see these folks over a month ago in person to get a quote on a policy. Was told I would have two different coverage quotes by the end of that week and that they would call me when the quotes were ready. No one called. Two weeks went by with no calls, so I reached back out to follow up. They had been ill, but they were better now and they were sure the policy quotes must have just been "hung up on email or something" but that they would definitely call me and get those quotes. That was two weeks ago and I needed a policy in place by April 1st. If they are unable or unwilling to carry a policy for me they should just say so and I can move on to something else.
