Crook! When my dad had water damage to the laundry room floor due to a leak in the wall that couldn't be seen, this crook told him that his insurance wouldn't cover this and wouldn't even return his phone calls. What a joke! And Mr. Colvin replied, ok. Still the fact remains that your company did not make good on an insurance claim that could not be seen until it had damaged the floor. The reason my father was told this would not be covered is because he didn't catch it in time to keep it from damaging the floor. He could not see the leak until it damaged the floor! That's makes no sense at all! It's hard to not feel cheated with reasoning like that!
