I can't say enough about this agency and the care they put into their customers. I've been insuring with them for over 11 years and recently got in my first accident. After a lengthy delay at the collision center over a phantom procurement issue, George Britz got on the phone and found a way to unblock them. If it wasn't for George, I'd likely STILL not have my vehicle, more than 6 months after the accident. He has a fantastic persistence and attention to detail and I'm really thankful George was able to help me. We are proudly continuing to get our coverage through Mavi's office, mostly because of the great work of their agents, like George!
