Great company! Kristin is so easy to work with. She is very helpful and saved us lots of money. I would/have referred her to all my family and friends!

I live in a the coop......... I called our agent, she wouldn't give me any information, she told me she has to talk with the president. I am paying maintenance fee, which pays for parts of the policy and I have a right to know. I guess they don't want to deal with owner. But I am also on the board of directors and I told her that, she still wouldn't.......... next time when a owner call...... do your job. ...

I would not give this company a negative 1 star rating. They are corrupt , they were paid for decades . We had disaster that destroyed more than 50 percent of our home .they wanted to settler for 50 thousand on a home that suffered 100,000 s of dollars . They have lied and pulled out of Louisiana . After being sued , they showed up at the wrong courthouse as And were accused of contempt of court . After 4 years of dealing with this , it sickingjng. They are not to be trusted by anyone . They sent litigation and apraisers posing as other people to our home . Do not trust trust this business

I have had the worst experience with that company. They created the headache every month! They requested inspections for my house, various documents without reason. Having made me a discount for policy, then a month later they sent an additional invoice for $ 200 for no reason and explanation!!! I will definitely look for another insurance company.
