Office was out of service. Answering service switched me to a totally different insurance company. They weren't able to help me. It felt like a bait and switch maneuver. I will follow-up and call the main office and the insurance commissioner to see what is going on.
Customer service is horrible. They tell you all different things, nobody is accountable and literally no help for urgent claims. Technical aspects of the site are horrible as well.
