Premiums went up on my auto and home insurance policies with no infractions so it was time to start shopping around. We searched out a few places and decided to drop in and see what Guardian had to offer us. Literally sat down as a walk in with no previous appointment. We sat down with Caius and explained where we were at with our current insurance and asked if changes could be made that would benefit us. This was a good move on our part. We asked questions and he gave us straight forward answers. Turned out that there were better insurance options than what we had been doing for years. We switched home/auto over to a new carrier and about a week later we switched our business insurance over as well. It was refreshing to get answers to questions and not feel like policies are commissioned

Made a simple inquiry and, after 20+ years with the agency, the carrier dropped my coverage. I’m sure they were protecting their interests but, moving forward, I wouldn’t trust them with my cats Starbucks order. Cost me thousands of dollars and I’m still dealing with the fallout. On balance, I’m in much better hands now. I’ll let karma handle the rest.
