No help at all. Actually gave me inaccurate info for obtaining dental insurance. Messages and emails are not answered. I’ll be looking for a different broker for help at the end of this year.
After my insurance fell through the cracks in the office . I got in touch with Jean . She made an appointment that day because time was of the essence. She quickly resolved the issues and I now have medical insurance coverage again . I can not say enough on how well it was handled. I would highly recommend this agency !!
