AVOID THIS COMPANY! It took 7 months from my total loss for them to process and approve my GAP claim. This left me with a $3,605.61 balance with my lien-holder for fees that were due AFTER the vehicle was totaled. 7 months is insane. Currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back. (Not holding my breath for that to happen.) Oh and they incorrectly claimed that they didn’t receive any notice of my vehicle being totaled until August. My vehicle was totaled April 22nd and I uploaded documentation to them THAT WEEK!

Unfortunately we purchased a policy with this company when we bought a new vehicle. I was struck head on 6.months afterward. We submitted the paperwork June 5th or so. The 2nd week of July I called in and found out they didn't even open the email 🤦 they opened the email and promptly denied almost every single document even those directly provided by various agencies. Since that time due to my work schedule my poor wife has been working on this 20 hours week OR MORE calling different agencies, waiting on hold for hours at time time on hold, been given conflicting information and generally having her mental health affected. Do not waste your money. I bought a truck and got their top tier warranty. Well, within 2 months the transmission went out and would not shift into 3rd gear. Getting ahold of their customer service is next to impossible and they never call back. It is a fleet truck so we had to get it back in service and put a new transmission in the truck. Once we finally were able to get ahold of these thieves they said they wouldn’t cover the repairs because they didn’t authorize the work. These people are con artists to the “T” and now are trying to haggle with refunding their meaningless extended warranty. I will NEVER purchase this again. $5,600 in repairs and they didn’t cover a dollar. SNAKES!!!!!

Horrible service and customer service. I had a traumatic accident on March 28, 2025 that was determined a total loss and I am still waiting on them to process my claim. There has been no communication or information on process and everything is done by me calling and inquiring what to do next. I received one letter on June 9 stating they need the police report even though it had already been sent. She said, "Oh your right, here it is. I will escalate to process". My account then said all documents received it will take 20 days to process claim. I called on July 18 becuase the account still said processesing and the rep said they needed a different police report, the one I sent wasnt acceptable.
