We have had homeowners insurance with Grubbs for eight years experiencing excellent customer service. This renewal we made a policy change and Nancy assisted me with that continued excellent customer service. They certainly offer that old school pleasant service. Steve & Donna O'Leary Ocala, Fl.

Monday morning, I called to get a quote for homeowners insurance. Tuesday afternoon, I called to check the status of the quote. They never started nor returned my call for the quote. The representative transferred me to Nancy. She asked me how much is my dwelling deductible, so I informed her no one called me to ask me any questions. Her response was we have been swamped with so many people calling, so I told her that’s not a good answer. Nancy was so unprofessional, disrespectful, and she is NOT customer service oriented. I won’t ever do business with Grubbs. I would not give them one star due to how they treat potential customers!!!

Grubbs Insurance is amazing! They recommended I have a Wind Mitigation done on my home and it saved me $500 off my yearly premium! They are always extremely responsive.

Outstanding Service. I was in a bind to get a replacement homeowners insurance policy. Nancy worked with me to get the best possible plan. She went above and beyond to get my replacement timely dispite multiple issues on my end. I am truly thankful for her help.
