I’m a stage 4 cancer patient. This insurance company has refused to communicate with my provider which has led to 80k to be sent to collections. Considering filing a small claims case for each outstanding bill for breach of contract and harm to my credit report. With any luck they will owe me more than the hospital bill.

Innovative Partners is a scam “insurance” company. They’ll promise to pay EVERYTHING, yet will never even answer the phone when your medical service provider calls them, leaving you to foot the bill. It’s also impossible to get them on the phone. I’ve been on hold for several hours and probably only ever spoke to someone ONCE.

Poor Customer Service, If you are lucky enough to actually talk to a person after trying several times. The customer service is of no help. We called about one of our patient and its been more than 2 months. The lady name was Denise first she said we got the claim 3 times when i ask her when did you receive it first time she went clueless. I said how long will it take? she has no idea. Than she came up with 30 to 45 days. I told her it's been more than 2 months already. Worthless waste of time unprofessional customer service. Insurances usually don't take that long...

Worst insurance I have ever had. They DO NOT PAY YOUR BILLS!!! I have been declined by my dentist, physical therapy and othopedic doctor. They will no longer accept Group Resource insurance because they won't pay their bills. And it takes well over a year to receive payments which will end YOU in collections !! Poor custmer service. Nobody cares !! Their excuse is always "we are working on it".

I wouldn't have even left a 1 but had to submit something. Don't get this insurance unless you enjoy getting your credit ruined. They will let your bills go to collections before even attempting to make payment. Been literally a year ago and medical bills still not paid. Trying to reach someone regarding this and you get the runaround. Buyers beware.
