I don't like writing negative reviews, but the way this system works is making me crazy. Pretty much every time I am using my card, they put it on hold till I provide them itemized receipts and bills. Why should I do it? Please call whoever charge me directly and don't waste my time. I am using my money and I don't have to prove it to you. I haven't done it before with other FSA accounts.

They force you to buy products from their FSA store and will deny claims for the same or similar product bought elsewhere, even when the product is clearly labeled as "FSA/HSA Approved". When appealing denied claims they draw out the review process over 4 weeks resulting in forfeited FSA funds when a new year has started. Their customer support agents have very limited information regarding appeals and will tell you they have no information on your appeal and that information can only be communicated to you via snail mail.

The mobile app is amazing. Just snap a pic of your claim documentation and done. Their customer service is great too. With the IRS constantly changing the rules from year to year, i am glad someone is making sure I stay in compliance. They always seem to get a bad a wrap for doing their job.

Great support given by Group Dynamics. Any negative reviews are based on rules set by the IRS by unhappy FSA participants. The rules are set to prevent abuse of the FSA plans, GD only follows guidelines set. Their support and administration of our plans are fantastic.

So this company has made my life as well as my 2 teenage daughter's life hell. At every turn they deny my claim. I have only been denied a urgent claim 3 times and a orthodontist for my kids. 3 times I sent receipts for urgent care denied after months none the less and sent a contract for my children's orthodontist every year for 3 years running now the app somehow has gone down hill and won't upload PDF or screenshots. They lock me out of thousands during a pandemic that I pay in to. I just had someone hang up on me after just asking if they could look at the dam contract I've sent twice. Any time I've called I end up more frustrated than I was. I will definitely not be using this company any more just for the sake of my family an FSA is supposed to provide a sense of security when funds
