Farm Bureau has been excellent for me. My daughter totaled my car and FB was so quick to get a check to us once they totaled it out. I have dealt a lot with Hope, one of the office ladies. I cannot express how good her customer service is. That goes a long way for me. I have no plans to use any other insurance.

Wish I could give 0 stars Kyle is a person I have known since we were kids and I trusted in him to take my home owners policy. Then I had a water issue come through and an adjuster was sent to my house who was very rude and refused to work with me or give me any type of relieve even though I paid my insurance on time every month. I was out over $20,000 on water damage and given not one oneof compassion from Kyle or his firm. I am a personal friend of his and talked to him directly only to get the corporate answer of well there’s nothing we can do. A real hard lesson in who you should insure with. My recommendation is to find a bigger insurance agency that is more reputable instead of a hometown friend in the slight chance something horrible happens like it did to us.

Kyle was efficient, thorough, personable, and committed to helping my husband and I make the right choices with our home and auto insurance. We were very pleased that he made every effort to get to know our new property, our vehicles, and our needs.

Laurent Insurance is excellent. Kyle and everyone in the office are great to work with and go above and beyond - but Pickles takes the cake.

Kyle and his team were very easy to work with and took a lot of the stress off me. They were quick to answer any questions that I had, and were very friendly.
